Maritime divides its work into two
sections. ‘Wet work’ is unique
litigation that encompasses ship arrests
and all claims that relate to Admiralty
such as salvage, charters and carriage of
goods by sea. ‘Dry work’ relates
to specialised shipping agreements advice
including the registration of ships mortgages,
loan agreements, charter contracts, insurance
and commercial advice. |
